Getting into trouble fast

She may not be walking yet, but that doesn't mean that she can't wreak havok far and wide and very quickly. Bella has figured out the fastest way to get anyone's attention quicker than screaming her head off at the top of her lungs is to start making her way up the stairs. She can typically make he way to the top in under a minute; all 15 of them! We've caught the action on a trial run, but this is not her best time by any stretch of the imagination.

Happy Birthday Bella!

Yes, it has already been a full year (as of Thursday) that the adventures of Bella began. The celebrations began last Saturday with a party at home with a few friends and neighbors. Bella really enjoyed destroying her cake! (no that she really knew what else to do with it).

Then there was a small dinner with Grandpa Gary and Grandma Carolyn on Thursday after another party at her last day at the Busy Bee Day Care. Miss Cindy held a very nice party for Bella, even though it was her last day there (she starts at the University of Houston Child Care Center on Monday). Dad and Grandpa Joe couldn't be there for either of these, but Bella got a special treat from Grandpa Joe in the form of a "Singing Voice Mail" on Laura's phone.

As you can see, Bella loves pushing the buttons more than anything; well maybe not as much as she likes the little red light on the video camera.
