What do you get when you add a dog to a telephone pole?
A tarred dog. It reminds me of Matt's favorite movie quote from The Hangover "...he was a ruhtard." Penny was definitely ruhtarred ...or retarded.
Creosote is hard to remove, but not with scissors. Poor Penny got a hair cut.
